The Victoria Hotel Holmrook

The Victoria Hotel is a family run country hotel with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Extensively renovated in 2006 it features six quality en-suite bedrooms all with digital flatscreen televisions and teacoffee making facilities. Your hosts, Sandra and Peter Smith and all their staff look forward to welcoming you and will do their utmost to make your stay at the Victoria Hotel a most pleasurable experience. The hotel is situated in the village of Drigg on the West Cumbrian Coast. It was built around 1885 to service the Furness Railway that still runs along the coast from Barrow-in-Furness to Carlisle. Our bar carries a choice of beers, wines and spirits including Jennings bitter and regular guest ales. Our kitchen offers traditional home cooked food made on the premises at reasonable prices using locally sourced produce where possible.

Directions

Turn off the A595 at Holmrook, following road direction sign for Drigg. Travel approximately 1 mile, then take left turn towards Drigg railway station.Just before the level crossing turn right and the Victoria Hotel is straight ahead
